Mode of Operation
The company is totally owned by its four honorary directors who administer its programme, with the day to day scientific work being controlled by a post-doctoral chemist. It is purely a licensing and research company and does not manufacture or supply materials other than on a laboratory scale.
The company is financed by potential licensees pay Sporomex for advice and consultation to carry out feasibility trials using Sporomex patented technology, often coupled with an agreement related to exclusivity in the field. Following successful trials it is anticipated that a full licensing agreement will be put in place. All the money raised is used to fund the patents or pay for research.
Unfortunately there is no spare money to provide samples or tests free of charge, other than if they are for university trials leading to potential refereed publications.
